General specifications:
5 lasers... 488nm, UV, 405, 567, and 632nm.
Each laser has its own specific optical emission light path.
11 Fluorescent detectors.
488nm can excite FITC, GFP, YFP, PI, 7AAD.
UV can excite Hoechst(Blue and Red).
405nm can excite CFP, Pacific Blue, Pacific Orange.
567nm can excite PE, PECy5, PECy7, MCherry, M-Orange.
632nm can excite APC, APC-Cy7.
