Beckman-Coulter EPICS XL Flow Cytometers
Our facility has 3 Beckman-Coulter EPICS XL flow cytometers. They use an argon ion air cooled laser (emission at 488nm/15mW power), both have 5 PMT detectors for 90LS and 4 color detection and 1 diode detector for FLS.
